Company Profile

Charles E. Jack Appraisal and Consulting, Incorporated is a newer appraisal firm in the Las Vegas Valley. The corporation was founded by its President, Charles E. Jack IV, MAI in December of 1998. The company achieved corporate status in the state of Nevada on January 27, 1999. Mr. Jack is the principal appraiser and consultant of the corporation.  The corporation provides commercial real estate appraisal and consulting solutions primarily in the Southern Nevada area.  Value to the client is provided via cutting edge appraisal delivery technology, prompt service, attention to appraisal details, and competitive fee structures.

Charles E. Jack IV, MAI is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute. This designation is widely accepted as the pinnacle of achievement and demonstration of appraisal knowledge, education, and training in the commercial real estate appraisal profession.  Mr. Jack is a past President of the Las Vegas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and currently serves as Membership Development and Candidate Guidance.  Further information concerning Mr. Jack's experience and qualifications can be found in the qualifications section of this site.
