- Rhodes Ranch - 1,130 Acre master plan currently selling
- Southern Highlands - 2,000+/- Acre master plan with infrastructure under
construction
- Pinnacle Peaks - 800 Acre Master Planned Community by American West
- Queensridge - Luxury community with recreation facilities, golf, and
office park
- Sundance Hotel/Casino - South of new Resort at Summerlin containing
