New development in the Las Vegas Valley is occurring at a hectic pace.  Recent assignments prepared by CEJAC indicate a variety of planned developments in the office, industrial, retail, and multi-family markets.  This is spurred by the amazing growth in new home construction and influx of new population, households, and employees in the Las Vegas area.  Major developments on the drawing boards include the following:

5. Park Towers at Hughes Center - Currently under construction - 84 Luxury condominiums priced from $700,000 to $2,850,000.  Penthouse units were priced at approximately $3,600,000 and up
6. Rhodes Ranch - 1,130 Acre master plan currently selling
7. Southern Highlands - 2,000+/- Acre master plan with infrastructure under construction
8. Pinnacle Peaks - 800 Acre Master Planned Community by American West
9. Queensridge - Luxury community with recreation facilities, golf, and office park
10. Sundance Hotel/Casino - South of new Resort at Summerlin containing  600 rooms and 75,000 square feet of casino.
11. Summerlin - 22,500+/- acre master plan - one of the most successful in the country,  Recently the project has witnessed over 2,500 new homes sold per year
12. The Regent at Summerlin - Five star hotel/resort in Summerlin includes golf at the TPC Canyons course, health spa, 8 restaurants
13. 850,000-900,000+/- square foot retail center at Beltway and U.S. 95 in the Northwest
14. Federal Courthouse - $100 Million - Eight court stories (equivalent to about 14-story building) opening soon
