Interesting news in the local appraisal or consulting profession is discussed here.  The goal of charlesjack.com is to localize all news for the practicing real estate appraiser and consultant in the Las Vegas area.   There are plenty of sources of regional and national news already on the Internet.   Repetition or regurgitation of such information is not the goal of this site.   New and informative information pertaining to the local market is the topic.   Interesting topic ideas or suggestions are welcome.  Please e-mail suggestions for discussion to cejack@appraiser.net

Development

Various news and/or information on the policies, guidelines, zoning actions, permit statistics, demographic figures and other informational tidbits available from local government sources are included here.  Information sources from Clark County, City of Las Vegas, City of Henderson, City of North Las Vegas, and Boulder City will be included on this page. 

New Client Approvals

We now have a page dedicated to clients and/or new client approvals (clients that recently approved CEJAC to provide appraisal and consulting services but may or may not have ordered a report).  Links to the new client approvals are made in order to foster business with those clients that do business with CEJAC.  Please notify CEJAC if your company has rolled out a Web Site and a link is not provided.
