The picture samples page is a representative photographic sampling of the types of commercial properties appraised by Charles E. Jack Appraisal and Consulting, Inc. (CEJAC).  The firm is qualified to prepare appraisals on any of the pictured properties (as well as many that are not pictured herein).  However, the page by no means is meant to be all-inclusive.  Only one smaller-sized representative picture of each property type is included in order to conserve server resources and to minimize page load times.  CEJAC includes pictures of some "trophy" properties as well as pictures of the more mundane "bread and butter" properties appraised by Charles E. Jack IV, MAI over the years.  

Due to client confidentiality provisions of USPAP, CEJAC cannot disclose who the property was appraised for, how much the property appraised for, or any other salient details or facts pertaining to any of the properties appraised.   I have been selective in my choice of representative properties appraised and have not shown pictures of any properties where revealing the property's identity would have deleterious effects on the client and/or the general public based on the facts and circumstances regarding the appraisal. 

Photographs have been reduced in order to speed delivery over the Internet and to accommodate those without broadband Internet Access.  Photographs have been taken with a variety of digital cameras including Kodak DC 50, Kodak DC 210 Plus, and Kodak DC 260.
