Client and personal references of the principal appraiser, Charles E. Jack IV, MAI are included on this web site.  However, with respect to the valuable time of those on my referral list as well as protection from competitors, I have password protected the reference list.   To obtain the password you may e-mail, fax, or phone in order to introduce yourself and request my references.  My reference list is comprised of top caliber professionals.  Everyone on the list I know personally, and/or professionally.  I have had positive client contact or professional relationships with the individuals on my reference list.  I have consulted for or appraised for every individual or organization on the reference list.
