Narrative

 

The narrative appraisal report is the traditional tested and true commercial appraisal.  This is what most of the commercial appraisal and consulting practitioners spend most of their time on.  Narrative appraisals come in six different flavors.  I have listed them in bullet order below from the top of the fee pricing structure to the bottom: 

  1. Complete, Self - Contained (Most Comprehensive / Highest Fee)
  2. Limited, Self Contained
  3. Complete, Summary
  4. Limited, Summary
  5. Complete, Restricted Use
  6. Limited, Restricted Use (Least Comprehensive / Lowest Fee) 

Note:  Prices are in general terms. Certain report conditions could cause one report type or another to cost more or less, and, thus change the general fee structure guideline provided above.
